If it is in your house someone is going to eat it all. Big bags of fat snacks!

Plan good healthy meals

in a completely sealed off room and you could have it if you
could get in , you would find way right ?

This will not be easy because there is a smart person keeping
you from attaining this ,no really!

If you allow it you will stop yourself from doing this,
beause your smart and no one is going to tell you what to do!
Wacth out.
Now think about it.

Eat your healthy breakfast!

Eat a healthy snack 30 minutes before lunch and dinner!
Put what your going to eat on one plate, not 17 serving dishes.

Take a bite put your fork down,
chew your food, don't shovel your food in front of the boob tube.
